Business review
- Create your own dealer account with the correct business name, showroom address and business contact details.
- Upload a business registration document and a showroom photograph showing the business name.
- The marketplace owner reviews the evidence and contact details before approving the business.
The badge describes this review only. It does not state that a government registry authenticated the documents or that an individual vehicle passed a mechanical inspection.
Eligible cars
Cars must be up to 10 years from first registration and have no more than 1,50,000 km. Both limits are inclusive when a listing is submitted or approved. A complete car registration number is mandatory when saving a car and is kept private. Only one unsold listing per registration is allowed across dealers, including drafts and cars taken offline. Mark a completed sale as sold before a later resale is listed. Provide accurate registration, ownership, fuel and transmission details, asking price, location and additional charges.
Declare available service records, accident or repaint history, known faults or modifications, insurance, loan status and RC availability. When information is unknown, say so.
Photographs and approvals
Use photographs of the actual car. The listing workflow requires 12 key angles covering the exterior, cabin, odometer, boot and engine bay. Additional tyre, roof and damage photographs help buyers understand the condition.
Cars go through listing approval before appearing to buyers. Existing owner-managed listings may show business verification pending; they should not be mistaken for verified dealer accounts.
Buyer enquiries
Confirm availability and answer the buyer’s questions accurately. Agree the viewing time before treating it as booked. Keep notes relevant to the enquiry, respect the buyer’s contact preference and update sold stock promptly.
